September 7, 2023: Williamston, SC 29697 The Southside Tigers volleyball team (Greenville, SC), went down 3-1 in Thursday's league challenge with the host Palmetto Mustangs (Williamston, SC)
The Mustangs (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Belton-Honea Path (Honea Path, SC). The Bears enter the AAA Region 2 challenge with a 3-4 record. In their last challenge, Belton-Honea Path went down by Powdersville (Greenville, SC), 3-1, in a league challenge.
Next, the Tigers encounter the Wren Hurricanes (Piedmont, SC) in a AAA Region 2 challenge, on Tuesday, September 12. Southside will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Hurricanes enter the challenge with a 13-1 record after their 3-0 league win over Fountain Inn (Fountain Inn, SC).
