The Crete Cardinals softball team scored 11 runs and limited the visiting Aurora Huskies to 9 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Thursday.

With the triumph, Crete improves its record to 6-5 on the year. The Cardinals travel to Schuyler (Schuyler, NE) to clash with the Warriors in a B District 6 game on Thursday, September 8. The Warriors come into the game with a record of 0-8. Schuyler lost 13-0 in their recent non-league game against Aquinas (David City, NE)
