In Thursday's non-league battle, the host Fluvanna County Flying Flucos volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Nelson County Governors.

The Flying Flucos (7-2) will now prepare for their battle against Louisa County (Mineral, VA). The Lions come into the Jefferson battle with a 2-1 record.
