The St. Thomas Aquinas Trojans (Edison, NJ) football routed the visiting Scotch Plains-Fanwood Raiders (Scotch Plains, NJ), 35-0 in Friday's league bout.

In their next game, the Trojans face the Summit Hilltoppers (Summit, NJ) in a Big Central - United Gold bout, on Friday, September 15. St. Thomas Aquinas will attempt to advance on its 3-0 season record. The Hilltoppers enter the bout with a 2-0 record after their 46-13 league win over Cranford (Cranford, NJ).

The Raiders (2-2) will now prepare for their bout against Rahway (Rahway, NJ). The Indians enter the Big Central - United Gold bout with a 2-1 record. In their last bout, Rahway walloped Lincoln (Jersey City, NJ), 13-12, in a non-league bout.
