Kentucky High School Football - Holmes can't hold off Pendleton County
September 8, 2025: Covington, KY 41014 Pendleton County Wildcats (Falmouth, KY) fans exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they saw their football team tip the host Holmes Bulldogs (Covington, KY), 12-6 in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Wildcats play the Owen County Rebels (Owenton, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, September 15. Pendleton County will attempt to improve on its 2-0 season record.
With the defeat, Holmes drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Holy Cross (Covington, KY) to meet the Indians in a non-league test on Monday, September 15. The Indians come into the test with a record of 0-0.
