New York High School Volleyball - Fairport held off by Victor

Fans at Monday's league contest between the Victor Blue Devils (Victor, NY) and the visiting Fairport Red Raiders (Fairport, NY), observed Victor's volleyball team hold off Fairport by a count of 3-2.

The Blue Devils (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Rush-Henrietta (Henrietta, NY). The Royal Comets enter the Section 5 Monroe County I contest with a 0-2 record. In their last contest, Rush-Henrietta was tipped by Webster Schroeder (Webster, NY), 3-0, in a league contest.

Next, the Red Raiders battle the Webster Thomas Titans (Webster, NY) in a Section 5 Monroe County I contest, on Wednesday, September 10. Fairport will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Titans go into the battle with a 1-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Greece Athena (Rochester, NY).
