The Incline Highlanders football team (Incline Village, NV), was ripped 40-0 in Friday's league challenge with the host Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV)

The Mustangs (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Silver Stage (Silver Springs, NV). The Nighthawks come into the 2A Northern challenge with a 0-0 record.

The Highlanders now sport a 0-3 record. They take the field next when they host West Wendover for a 2A Northern challenge on Friday, September 16. Incline will meet a Wolverines team coming off a 48-8 non-league loss to Lincoln County (Panaca, NV). The Wolverines record now stands at 0-1.
