Colorado High School Softball - Holyoke bounces Burlington
September 9, 2023: Burlington, CO 80807 The Holyoke Dragons (Holyoke, CO) softball routed the host Burlington Cougars (Burlington, CO), 16-9 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Dragons (8-5) will now prepare for their bout against Hershey (Hershey, NE). The Panthers go into the non-league bout with a 4-13 record. In their last bout, Hershey was routed by Ord (Ord, NE), 9-1, in a non-league bout.
The Cougars now possess a 1-9 record. They play next when they host Limon for a 3A Lower Platte bout on Saturday, September 16. Burlington will confront a Badgers squad coming off a 8-7 non-league loss to Brush (Brush, CO). The Badgers record now stands at 2-13.
