September 9, 2023: Lookeba, OK 73053 The Ripley Warriors got by the host Lookeba-Sickles Panthers softball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Warriors (23-5) will now prepare for their battle against Pittsburg (Pittsburg, OK). The Panthers go into the non-league battle with a 7-16 record. In their last battle, Pittsburg nudged Caney (Caney, OK), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
The Panthers now possess a 16-6 record. They play next when they travel to Calumet for a non-league battle on Monday, September 11. Lookeba-Sickles will meet a Chieftains squad coming off a 20-10 non-league loss to Union City (Union City, OK). The Chieftains record now stands at 4-22.
