Oklahoma High School Softball - Sterling bounces Minco
September 9, 2023: Sterling, OK 73567 The Sterling Tigers (Sterling, OK) softball routed the visiting Minco Bulldogs (Minco, OK), 16-5 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Tigers (22-4) will now prepare for their bout against Rush Springs (Rush Springs, OK). The Redskins go into the Class A bout with a 14-15 record. In their last bout, Rush Springs was routed by Wayne (Wayne, OK), 11-2, in a non-league bout.
The Bulldogs now possess a 17-7 record. They play next when they host Dibble for a 2A bout on Tuesday, September 12. Minco will confront a Demons squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Elmore City-Pernell (Elmore City, OK). The Demons record now stands at 11-16.
