September 9, 2023: Kansas City, MO 64131 The University Academy Charter Gryphons volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Cristo Rey Kansas City Pumas to 0 in the Gryphons non-league victory on Saturday.
The Gryphons now have a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Michael the Archangel for a non-league game on Monday, September 11. University Academy Charter will confront a Guardians team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Howell (St. Charles, MO). The Guardians record now stands at 8-4.
The Pumas (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Hogan Prep Charter (Kansas City, MO). The Rams enter the non-league game with a 0-2 record.
