September 9, 2024: Lumberton, NC 28358 Antioch Christian Academy Gators (Lumberton, NC) followers left the game satisfied Monday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Grace Christian Wildcats (Loris, SC), 3-1 in a league test.
With the win, Antioch Christian Academy advances its record to 3-0 on the season. The Gators travel to Christ the Cornerstone Academy (Laurinburg, NC) to face the Defenders in a CCAA test on Thursday, September 12. The Defenders go into the test with a record of 4-0. Christ the Cornerstone Academy won 3-0 in their recent league test against Sandhills Classical Christian (Whispering Pines, NC)
The Wildcats now sport a 0-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mullins Marion Christian for a CCAA test on Tuesday, September 10. Grace Christian will face a Cavaliers squad coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Maranatha Christian (Florence, SC). The Cavaliers record now stands at 1-5.
