California High School Volleyball - Kennedy over Van Nuys
September 9, 2024: Van Nuys, CA 91411 Fans at Monday's league contest between the Kennedy Cougars (Granada Hills, CA) and the host Van Nuys Wolves (Van Nuys, CA), observed Kennedy's volleyball team top Van Nuys by a tally of 3-0.
The Cougars (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against San Fernando (San Fernando, CA). The Tigers enter the Valley Mission contest with a 2-4 record. In their last contest, San Fernando was beaten by Panorama (Panorama City, CA), 3-0, in a league contest.
Next, the Wolves meet the Reseda Regents (Reseda, CA) in a Valley Mission contest, on Wednesday, September 11. Van Nuys will attempt to upgrade on its 3-2 season record. The Regents enter the contest with a 5-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Rancho Dominguez (Long Beach, CA).
