The Poly Parrots volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Monroe Vikings to 0 in the Parrots league triumph on Monday.

The Parrots now have a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Arleta for a East Valley outing on Monday, September 16. Poly will play a Mustangs team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Northridge Academy (Northridge, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Monroe drops to 0-5 on the campaign. The Vikings host Grant (Van Nuys, CA) to play the Lancers in a East Valley outing on Thursday, September 12. The Lancers come into the outing with a record of 9-4.
