New York High School Soccer - Maple Grove nudged by Southwestern
September 9, 2025: Jamestown, NY 14701 The Southwestern Trojans held off the visiting Maple Grove Red Dragons soccer team by a tally of 1-0 in Tuesday's non-league game.
Next, the Trojans clash with the Randolph Cardinals (Randolph, NY) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, September 11. Southwestern will attempt to improve on its 1-2 season record.
With the loss, Maple Grove moves to 1-1 on the year. The Red dragons host Pine Valley Central (South Dayton, NY) to play the Panthers in a CCAA II West bout on Friday, September 12. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 0-0.
