Georgia High School Softball - Eastside East Forsyth
September 9, 2025: Gainesville, GA 30506 The Eastside Eagles softball team scored 8 runs and held the host East Forsyth Broncos to 5 in the Eagles league win on Tuesday.
The Eagles now possess a 11-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cedar Shoals for a 4A Region 8 battle on Thursday, September 11. Eastside will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 17-5 non-league win over Meadowcreek (Norcross, GA). The Jaguars record now stands at 5-9.
With the loss, East Forsyth moves to 8-5 on the season. The Broncos host Flowery Branch (Flowery Branch, GA) to meet the Falcons in a 4A Region 8 challenge on Thursday, September 11. The Falcons enter the challenge with a record of 9-7. Flowery Branch lost 3-1 in their recent league challenge against North Oconee (Bogart, GA)
