Oklahoma High School Softball - Sayre bounces Hooker
September 9, 2025: Sayre, OK 73662 The Sayre Eagles softball team scored 18 runs and held the visiting Hooker Bulldogs to 2 in the Eagles league win on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 5-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hooker for a 2A battle on Tuesday, September 9. Sayre will meet a Bulldogs squad coming off a 13-0 non-league loss to Guymon (Guymon, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-6.
The Bulldogs (5-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Sayre (Sayre, OK). The Eagles go into the 2A challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Sayre was routed by Rush Springs (Rush Springs, OK), 4-3, in a non-league challenge.
