Bloomfield Hills Black Hawks (Bloomfield Hills, MI) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the visiting St. Mary's Prep Eaglets (Orchard Lake, MI), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Bloomfield Hills improves its record to 18-1 on the season. The Black Hawks host Romeo (Romeo, MI) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Thursday, September 11. The Bulldogs go into the test with a record of 7-5. Romeo lost 3-1 in their recent league test against Utica Eisenhower (Shelby Township, MI)

The Eaglets now own a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Shrine Catholic for a Catholic - AA test on Wednesday, September 10. St. Mary's Prep will face a Knights squad coming off a 1-1 non-league Oxford (Oxford, MI). The Knights record now stands at 2-5.
