September 9, 2025: Covington, LA 70433 The Covington Lions topped the visiting Pearl River Rebels volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league outing.
The Lions now have a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to McGehee for a non-league outing on Thursday, September 11. Covington will play a Hawks team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Cabrini (New Orleans, LA). The Hawks record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Pearl River drops to 2-1 on the campaign. The Rebels host Hammond (Hammond, LA) to play the Tornadoes in a non-league outing on Thursday, September 11.
