Texas High School Volleyball - Del Rio held off by Laredo LBJ

In Tuesday's league challenge, the visiting Laredo LBJ Wolves volleyball team scored a close 3-2 victory over the Del Rio Rams.

The Wolves (20-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Medina Valley (Castroville, TX). The Panthers enter the 6A Region IV District 30 challenge with a 13-15 record. In their last challenge, Medina Valley got by Eagle Pass (Eagle Pass, TX), 3-0, in a league test.

The Rams now own a 8-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Alexander for a 6A Region IV District 30 test on Saturday, September 13. Del Rio will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 3-0 league win over United South (Laredo, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 17-4.
