September 9, 2025: Swansboro, NC 28584 Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the Swansboro Pirates (Swansboro, NC) and the visiting Havelock Rams (Havelock, NC), observed Swansboro's volleyball team top Havelock by a count of 3-0.
The Pirates (10-1) will now prepare for their battle against Pamlico County (Bayboro, NC). The Hurricanes go into the non-league battle with a 4-6 record. In their last battle, Pamlico County was defeated by Bear Grass Charter (Williamston, NC), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
The Rams now own a 0-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Bern for a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 10. Havelock will encounter a Bears squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Jacksonville (Jacksonville, NC). The Bears record now stands at 8-2.
