The Minooka Indians crushed the visiting Joliet Steelmen baseball team by a tally of 11-0 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Indians now hold a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they host Plainfield Central for a Southwest Prairie bout on Tuesday, April 8. Minooka will face a Wildcats team coming off a 7-4 non-league loss to West Chicago (West Chicago, IL). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-1.
Next up, the Steelmen clash with the Plainfield South Cougars (Plainfield, IL) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 3. Joliet will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Cougars go into the game with a 1-0 record after their 5-4 non-league win over Herscher (Herscher, IL).
