In Thursday's league outing, the Morrison Mustangs (Morrison, IL) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Fulton Steamers (Fulton, IL), by a margin of 71-42.

The Mustangs (15-5) will now prepare for their outing against Kewanee (Kewanee, IL). The Boilermakers go into the non-league outing with a 8-7 record.

The Steamers now own a 5-11 record. They take the field next when they host Newman Central Catholic for a Big Rivers outing on Saturday, February 7. Fulton will clash with a Comets squad coming off a 59-51 non-league loss to Milledgeville (Milledgeville, IL). The Comets record now stands at 8-12.
