Ava Kardaras's Bio

My loves are God, volleyball and horses. There is nothing more thrilling to me than having a successful attack or playing strong defense. My coaches describe me as a determined, versatile, and a coachable athlete. It was my privilege to have played Middle and DS on my team when it was needed. When I’m not playing volleyball I’m spending time with my horses. Horses have taught me a lot about grit, teamwork, and a positive mindset. These things have also helped me become a more adaptable athlete.
