Beatty's pitching was outstanding with Gonzalez putting in 4 solid innings then Mendoza had 3 very good innings in relief. Beatty's played a solid defensive game with 2 assists from outfielders on great throws. Reetz had a solid game behind the plate at catcher. The offense made the best in a minimum amount of hits but did a good job on manufacturing runs.
