Syracuse Bulldogs (Syracuse, KS) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Granada Bobcats (Granada, CO), 69-36 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Syracuse upgrades its record to 10-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Sublette (Sublette, KS) to play the Larks in a Hi-Plains bout on Friday, February 1. The Larks come into the bout with a record of 7-4. Sublette won 78-66 in their recent non-league bout against Deerfield (Deerfield, KS)

Next up, the Bobcats play the Walsh Eagles (Walsh, CO) in a 2A/1A Arkansas Valley bout, on Friday, February 1. Granada will attempt to upgrade on its 10-2 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 1-12 record after their 57-33 league loss to Springfield (Springfield, CO).
