Mikayla Konrade has been named player of the year. "Mikayla is one of two captains for the varsity team. After each game, players submit their votes for Best Positive Energy, Strongest Leader, and MVP. Mikayla has collectively received the most votes from her teammates throughout the season and has continued to be a leader off the court as well. She was recently named on the Best and Brightest Second Team by the AVCA. She has received the additional following awards and recognition" * All-Tournament Team in 2020 * AVCTL Div 3 Honorable Mention * Named in the Top 100 volleyball players in the Wichita area for 2021 * Principal's Honor Roll 2018-2021 * Top 10% of her class all four years * Two-time winner of the Staff Choice Award * National Honor Society 2019-2021 * Integrity Award voted on by staff. Mikayla is in the top three of every stat for 2021 season. These include serving, serve receive, kills, hits, blocks, assists, and digs. She is a well-rounded player with a bright future ahead of her. "
