Castor Tigers (Castor, LA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Dodson Panthers (Dodson, LA), 103-79 in a league bout.

With the win, Castor upgrades its record to 20-12 on the season. The Tigers travel to Quitman (Quitman, LA) to play the Wolverines in a B District 2 bout on Friday, February 5. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 11-11. Quitman lost 82-74 in their recent league bout against Weston (Jonesboro, LA)

Next up, the Panthers play the Weston Wolves (Jonesboro, LA) in a B District 2 bout, on Friday, February 5. Dodson will attempt to upgrade on its 0-17 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 11-12 record after their 82-74 league win over Quitman (Quitman, LA).
