In Friday's league game, the Woodcreek Timberwolves (Roseville, CA) football team were victorious over the host Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA), by a tally of 24-7.

In their next game, the Timberwolves face the Rio Americano Raiders (Sacramento, CA) in a Capital Valley Conference game, on Friday, September 26. Woodcreek will attempt to better on its 4-0 season record. The Raiders enter the game with a 3-2 record after their 28-8 league win over Vista del Lago (Folsom, CA).
