Marblehead Magicians (Marblehead, MA) backers were pleased Friday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Revere Patriots (Revere, MA), 84-68 in a league bout.

With the victory, Marblehead upgrades its record to 4-4 on the campaign. The Magicians host Danvers (Danvers, MA) to play the Falcons in a Northeastern - Small bout on Wednesday, January 17. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 0-9. Danvers lost 73-56 in their recent league bout against Winthrop (Winthrop, MA)

Next up, the Patriots play the Peabody Veterans Memorial Tanners (Peabody, MA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 17. Revere will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record. The Tanners come into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 49-43 league win over Lynn Classical (Lynn, MA).
