The Mt. Hebron Vikings softball team scored 20 runs and held the host Long Reach Lightning to 3 in the Vikings league win on Monday.

The Vikings now possess a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glenelg for a Howard County battle on Wednesday, April 2. Mt. Hebron will confront a Gladiators team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Centennial (Ellicott City, MD). The Gladiators record now stands at 2-2.

With the loss, Long Reach moves to 1-4 on the season. The Lightning travel to Atholton (Columbia, MD) to confront the Raiders in a Howard County battle on Wednesday, April 2.
