North Carolina High School Softball - St. Pauls topped by South Columbus
April 10, 2019: Tabor City, NC 28463 In Wednesday's league contest, the South Columbus Stallions (Tabor City, NC) softball team overwhelmed the visiting St. Pauls Bulldogs (St. Pauls, NC), by a margin of 20-0.
With the triumph, South Columbus moves its record to 10-2 on the year. The Stallions travel to East Columbus (Lake Waccamaw, NC) to play the Gators in a Three Rivers 1A/2A contest on Friday, April 12. The Gators come into the contest with a record of 13-1. East Columbus won 10-0 in their recent league contest against Red Springs (Red Springs, NC)
In their next game, the Bulldogs play the West Columbus Vikings (Cerro Gordo, NC) in a Three Rivers 1A/2A contest, on Friday, April 12. St. Pauls will attempt to move on its 4-7 season record. The Vikings come into the contest with a 5-8 record after their 8-2 league loss to East Bladen (Elizabethtown, NC).
