Kansas High School Basketball - Pike Valley ripped by Thunder Ridge
January 28, 2020: Kensington, KS 66951 The Thunder Ridge Longhorns basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Pike Valley Panthers to 36 in the Longhorns non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Longhorns now sport a 10-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Miltonvale for a non-league contest on Friday, January 31. Thunder Ridge will meet a Warriors team coming off a 45-43 non-league loss to Sylvan-Lucas (Sylvan Grove, KS). The Warriors record now stands at 3-4.
The Panthers (2-11) will now prepare for their outing against Chase (Chase, KS). The Kats go into the Northern Plains outing with a 2-11 record. In their last outing, Chase smashed Natoma (Natoma, KS), 40-21, in a non-league outing.
