In Saturday's non-league match, the host Ray Bearcats basketball team scored a decisive 70-36 triumph over the Valley Union Blue Devils.

In their next game, the Bearcats meet the Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind Sentinels (Tucson, AZ) in a 1A Tucson Northwest match, on Tuesday, December 12.
