Valley Union Blue Devils (Elfrida, AZ) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Duncan Wildkats (Duncan, AZ), 52-30 in a league bout.

With the win, Valley Union upgrades its record to 5-10 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind (Tucson, AZ) to play the Sentinels in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 25. The Sentinels go into the bout with a record of 0-14. Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind lost 1-0 in their recent league bout against The Gregory School (Tucson, AZ)

Next up, the Wildkats play the San Manuel Miners (San Manuel, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, January 24. Duncan will attempt to upgrade on its 5-16 season record. The Miners go into the bout with a 2-14 record after their 82-31 league loss to Desert Christian (Tucson, AZ).
