The Desert Christian Eagles basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the host Arizona School for the Deaf & Blind Sentinels to 17 in the Eagles league victory on Thursday.
The Eagles now sport a 8-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to North Valley Christian Academy for a non-league contest on Monday, December 18. Desert Christian will battle a Lions team coming off a 92-34 league win over Desert Heights Prep (Glendale, AZ). The Lions record now stands at 5-5.
The Sentinels (0-7) will now prepare for their contest against Phoenix Day School for the Deaf (Phoenix, AZ). The Roadrunners come into the non-league contest with a 2-6 record. In their last contest, Phoenix Day School for the Deaf was routed by Valley Lutheran (Phoenix, AZ), 52-22, in a league contest.
