Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Mohawk Area can't hold off Avonworth

February 23, 2022: Bessemer, PA 16112

The Avonworth Antelopes basketball team scored 38 points and held the host Mohawk Area Warriors to 37 in the Antelopes non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Antelopes now sport a 19-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Freedom Area for a non-league contest on Saturday, February 26. Avonworth will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 66-43 non-league win over Keystone Oaks (Pittsburgh, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-1.
