In Friday's league test, the Northern Guilford Nighthawks (Greensboro, NC) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Southwest Guilford Cowboys (High Point, NC), by a tally of 8-2.

Coming up next, the Nighthawks confront the Northwest Guilford Vikings (Greensboro, NC) in a Metro 4A battle, on Tuesday, April 8. Northern Guilford will attempt to move on its 14-4 season record. The Vikings come into the battle with a 10-8 record after their 19-0 league win over Page (Greensboro, NC).
