Virginia High School Basketball - Benedictine trounces Grace Christian School
February 16, 2024: Mechanicsville, VA 23111 The Benedictine Cadets (Richmond, VA) basketball crushed the host Grace Christian School Kings (Mechanicsville, VA), 72-37 in Friday's non-league test.
The Cadets (18-6) will now prepare for their test against Saint John Paul the Great Catholic (Dumfries, VA). The Wolves go into the non-league test with a 9-16 record. In their last test, Saint John Paul the Great Catholic was trounced by St. John's (Washington, DC), 76-67, in a non-league test.
The Kings now own a 14-8 record. They play next when they travel to Williamsburg Christian Academy for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 20. Grace Christian School will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 70-59 non-league loss to Christchurch School (Christchurch, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 10-16.
