In Tuesday's league battle, the host Sahuaro Cougars volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Flowing Wells Caballeros.

The Cougars (13-9) will now prepare for their battle against Sunnyside (Tucson, AZ). The Blue Devils come into the non-league battle with a 3-14 record. In their last battle, Sunnyside was edged by Rincon/University (Tucson, AZ), 3-0, in a league test.
