The Vincent Memorial Scots basketball team scored 67 points and limited the host Southwest EC Eagles to 61 in the Scots non-league triumph on Friday.

The Scots now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they travel to Central for a Imperial Valley game on Tuesday, January 14. Vincent Memorial will confront a Spartans team coming off a 63-31 non-league loss to Orange Lutheran (Orange, CA). The Spartans record now stands at 9-7.

With the loss, Southwest EC falls to 3-12 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Palo Verde Valley (Blythe, CA) to confront the Yellow Jackets in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14.
