Maryland High School Basketball - Paul VI fells Bishop McNamara

February 13, 2025: Forestville, MD 20747

The Paul VI Panthers basketball team scored 52 points and limited the host Bishop McNamara Mustangs to 40 in the Panthers league triumph on Thursday.

The Panthers now possess a 21-5 record. They play next when they host St. John's for a DCSAA AA game on Friday, February 14. Paul VI will confront a Cadets team coming off a 59-51 league win over Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA). The Cadets record now stands at 19-8.

With the loss, Bishop McNamara falls to 12-12 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Paul VI (Chantilly, VA) to confront the Panthers in a VISAA Division I game on Sunday, February 16. The Panthers go into the game with a record of 22-5. Paul VI won 48-29 in their recent league game against St. John's (Washington, DC)
