In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Eastern Montgomery Mustangs basketball team scored a good 47-38 triumph over the George Wythe Maroons.

In their next game, the Mustangs meet the Fort Chiswell Pioneers (Max Meadows, VA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, February 25. Eastern Montgomery will attempt to move on its 22-5 season record.
