The crowd at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Hand Tigers (Madison, CT) and the visiting Fitch Falcons (Groton, CT), observed Hand's basketball team knock off Fitch by a score of 68-56.

The Tigers (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Platt (Meriden, CT). The Panthers come into the non-league challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Platt prevailed over Bristol Eastern (Bristol, CT), 70-49, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Falcons battle the East Lyme Vikings (East Lyme, CT) in a Eastern Connecticut I challenge, on Friday, January 17. Fitch will attempt to improve on its 7-2 season record.
