Zach Braxton has been named player of the year. "Zach had a tremendous year to cap off a great career for the Highlands Ranch Falcons. Zach started 67 straight games and played in 78 straight games. He is the only player in schools history to score over 900 points, total over 750 rebounds, block over 200 shots and dish out over 130 assist. He had 37 Double/Doubles - Points and Rebounds. He was the first ever to record a triple double when he scored 12 points, 17 rebounds and 10 block shots vs Ponderosa. Zach set the following school records: Rebounding - Career - 752, Season- 360, Single Game-24. Free-Throw Attempts- Career-420, Season-210. Free Throws Made- Season - 134, Career- 246. Zach was named All-League for the second year. He was also voted as Player of the Year in the Continental League. Frist Team All-South Metro League. He was also selected to play in the "Show All-Star Game" and the "Coaches All-State Game". He will be taking his basketball ability to the next level at Weber State."
