Taryn Kloth has been named player of the year. "Taryn's 2014 Season was one of dreams. She helped the Lady Knights win "Back to Back" State Championships. Taryn is a player that leads our team both on and off the court. She was the team leader in almost every statistical category this season and the state tournament. She broke countless match, season and career school records. Taryn's accomplishments: O'Gorman Match Records : #1 Kills/match = 31 #2 Hitting % = 0.700 & 0.630 #3, #4, #5 Attacks = 66,65,65 O'Gorman Season Records: #1 Kills = 558 #1 Attacks = 1116 #1 Hitting % = 0.418 #5 Aces = 54 O'Gorman Career Records: #1 Kills 1187 #1 Attacks 2833 #2 Aces 128 #4 Digs = 741 State Tourney Record #1 Kills 62 #1 Kills Per/Set 6.9 K/s Taryn was named to first team all-state in 2012, 2013 & 2014, All City 2013 and 2014, All Conference 2012, 2013, & 2014.
