October 13, 2006: Chattanooga, TN 37408 The Howard Tech Hustlin' Tigers football squad (Chattanooga, TN), was topped 20-8 in Friday's league test with the visiting Meigs County Tigers (Decatur, TN)
With the victory, Meigs County upgrades its record to 8-0 on the year. The Tigers travel to Sweetwater (Sweetwater, TN) to battle the Wildcats in a non-league test on Friday, October 20. The Wildcats come into the test with a record of 6-2. Sweetwater lost 63-20 in their recent league test against Alcoa (Alcoa, TN)
Next, the Hustlin' Tigers battle the Sequoyah Chiefs (Madisonville, TN) in a 3A Region 3 test, on Friday, October 20. Howard Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 5-3 season record. The Chiefs come into the test with a 2-6 record after their 40-12 league loss to Polk County (Benton, TN).
