Connecticut High School Football - Bethel beat New Fairfield
October 28, 2005: Bethel, CT 06801 The Bethel Wildcats beat the visiting New Fairfield Rebels football team by a score of 29-6 in Friday's league game.
With the win, Bethel improves its record to 1-6 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Pomperaug (Southbury, CT) to meet the Panthers in a SWC Colonial game on Friday, November 4. The Panthers enter the game with a record of 4-3. Pomperaug won 31-14 in their recent league game against Stratford (Stratford, CT)
Next up, the Rebels meet the Barlow Falcons (Redding, CT) in a SWC Colonial game, on Saturday, November 5. New Fairfield will attempt to improve on its 1-6 season record. The Falcons enter the game with a 4-3 record after their 49-27 league win over Masuk (Redding, CT).
