In Tuesday's non-league game, the Bendle Tigers (Burton, MI) basketball team edged the visiting Milford Mavericks (Highland, MI), by a score of 48-44.

The Tigers now own a 10-8 record. They play next when they travel to Hamady for a Genesee Area Blue game on Friday, March 3. Bendle will meet a Hawks team coming off a 58-52 non-league win over Johnson (Mt. Morris, MI). The Hawks record now stands at 11-8.
