Pennsylvania High School Football - Jefferson-Morgan fells Monessen
October 6, 2006: Monessen, PA 15062 In Friday's league bout, the visiting Jefferson-Morgan Rockets football team scored a good 35-6 victory over the Monessen Greyhounds.
The Rockets (3-3) will now prepare for their bout against Frazier (Perryopolis, PA). The Commodores come into the non-league bout with a 2-4 record. In their last bout, Frazier knocked off Chartiers (Houston, PA), 22-14, in a league bout.
The Greyhounds (3-3) will now prepare for their bout against Geibel Catholic (Connellsville, PA). The Gators come into the WPIAL A 4 bout with a 0-6 record. In their last bout, Geibel Catholic was defeated by California (Coal Center, PA), 53-14, in a league bout.
